Allow to simmer for about five minutes before serving. Release any remaining pressure and stir in the sour cream. Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot (except for the sour cream) and cook over manual high pressure for 8 minutes. If you’re pressed for time, you can also make Swedish meatballs in the Instant Pot. I don’t recommend freezing these meatballs due to the cream based sauce it can separate when thawed and reheated.
